Pistachio Desert

Ingredients

    First Layer:
    1 stick reduced fat margarine
    1 cup flour
    1/2 powder sugar
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    Second Layer:
    1- 8 oz. cream cheese(fat free)
    1/2 cup fat free sour cream
    8 oz. cool whip free
    Third Layer:
    2-boxes Pistachio fat free sugar free pudding
    3 cups skim milk
    Fourth Layer:
    8 oz. cool whip free

Directions

Take margarine and mix with flour and powder sugar and then add chopped walnuts. Spread into 9 x 13 which has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, flatten on bottom and put in 350 degree over for 10-12 minutes until lightly brown. Cool. Then mix Cream Cheese, sour cream and then add 8 oz. cool whip, and spread over first layer. Then mix your pistachio pudding and milk, and spread over second layer, then spread 8 oz. cool whip over third layer.

Makes 18 pieces if want smaller can make more out of.
