    2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 lb mushrooms, quartered
    2 baby zucchini, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 stalks broccoli
    2 Tbsp All-purpose Vegetable Seasoning


Mix all ingredients together. Grill in a grill pan for 20 minutes until tender criso, stirring occasionally.

Serving Size: makes 10 1 cup servings
