Italian Penne

Ingredients

    2 T olive oil
    2. cup raw onion slices
    1 can chopped tomatoes
    4 cloves garlic
    1 T cumin
    1 T oregano
    2 T basil
    2 cup of diced ham
    1 oz. red cooking wine

    Saute onions and spices in olive oil. Add red wine and sautee another minute or two and then add pasta and toss. Serve immediately.
