1 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth
4 packs truvia
4 tablespoons lite soy sauce
3 tablespoons corn starch
4 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon ginger
2 tablespoons peanut oil
1/2 cup scallions
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 lb chicken (450g)
Can serv over rice and/or add some steamed broccli.
In large skillet heat peanut oil and saute scallions and red pepper flakes for a couple minutes, add cubed chicken cook until no longer pink, add sauce that was set aside, cook until it thickens.
