Introduction

Plane chicken salad base made with greek yogurt. Add fixings and seasonings of choice (ie) apples, nuts, raisins, celery, curry, 5 spice, garlic powder, etc... Ingredients

    Oikos greek yogurt
    Chicken breast

Directions

Bake chicken. Cut half up into small pieces and grind in the food processor. Shred the other pieces, then combine the 2 textures. Mix with greek yogurt. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the rest of the fixings for many different combinations.
