Chicken Fajita Wraps

Ingredients

    Tyson's Fajita Chicken Strips, 12 oz
    Agave Nectar Light, 2 tbsp
    Annie's Naturals Organic Original BBQ Sauce, 4 Tbsp
    Frontera Chipotle Garlic Taco Sauce, 4 tbsp
    Sweet Bell Pepper Strips, Green, Red and Yellow, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 4 tbsp chopped
    Goat Cheese, Soft, 4 oz
    Flatout Light Flat Wrap, 4 Wraps
    100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray (to spray the pan)

Tips

I sometimes cut the wrap up and eat it with a fork. These are kind of messy.
You could use a whole wheat tortilla in place of the wrap to lower the sodium.


Directions

Get a pan and spray it with cooking oil. Then put the chicken in the pan and place it on the stove top on medium heat (make sure to stir the chicken so it doesn't burn). Then cut the peppers and onions and combine them with the chicken (again make sure to stir). Turn it down to low when you can use a spoon to cut through the chicken and the peppers and onions appear done. Then add the goat cheese and agave nectar and stir them in until the cheese is melted in. Then add the taco sauce and BBQ sauce and mix them in. Take the 4 wraps and place them on separate plates. Scoop equal amounts of the chicken mixture onto each wrap. Fold the wrap and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
