1 C Cauliflower, raw
1 small Carrots, raw, (5-1/2" long)
1tsp/5g,soup base chicken 1 serving
3.5 fl oz Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat,
4 C water
Directions
Cut carrot break cauliflower up. Simmer till cooked though in water and soup base. Lightly mash, add evaporated milk and cheese. simmer.
