Ingredients

    4 c frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c sour cream (fat free)
    1/4 onion chopped
    1 c 2 percent kraft cheese
    salt and pepper

Directions

saute onion, mix all ingredients and bake at 350 for 40 min.

Makes 6 servings 2/3 cup each.
