SHRIMP HAWAIIAN

Ingredients

    Shrimp, cooked, 12 oz

    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped
    PASTA - RICE, BROWN (MINUTE) COOKED -1 C/SERVING, 3 serving

    ***NOTE: I ADDED 6oz ( almost 1 cup) for marinading, but drained prior to cooking!
    MARINADES - LAWRY'S HAWAIIAN 1TBSP/SERVING, 2 serving


    VEGGIE - PEAS, FROZEN 2/3C 5 PER BAG, 2 serving

Directions

PLACE COOKED (FROZEN, WORKS WELL) IN A GLASS BOWL AND MARINATE FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES, OR OVERNIGHT.

WHEN READY TO PREPARE, REMOVE SHRIMP FROM BOWL AND SET ASIDE.

PREPARE RICE, AND ADD PEAS, ONION AND PEPPER. SEASON TO TASTE, AS DESIRED. PLACE SHRIMP AND ALL INGREDIENTS IN A CASSEROLE DISH, AND "NUKE" FOR APPROXIMATELY 5 MINUTES.

NOT INCLUDED IN VALUES, YOU CAN ADD PINEAPPLE, MANGO, OR ANY DESIRED FRUIT TO THIS RECIPE.....ALL YUMMY!
