Very Moist Banana Bread

Ingredients

    3 medium Bananas
    1 Cup Organic Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour
    1 Cup Instant Oats
    1/3 Cup Wisdom Natural Sugarleaf (Stevia + Raw Cane Sugar)
    2 Egg Whites
    1 Tsp. Baking Powder
    1 Tsp. Baking Soda
    1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
    1/2 Cup Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
    1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
    1 Scoop Whey Protein Isolate Powder (optional)

Tips

I serve mine like dessert with light cool whip or frozen vanilla yogurt on top.


Directions

Preset the oven to 350 F. Get a bowl and peel the bananas mix them then add everything else and mix it together (unless the walnuts need chopped). If the walnuts need chopped put them in a food processor and then add them before mixing everything together. Then pour the mixture in a loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 Very Big Pieces Or 16 Smaller Ones
