Ingredients

    *Whole Wheat Flour, 2.5 cup
    *Protein Powder (whey), vanilla cream (Pure Protein), 3 serving
    *Oat Meal (Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned - dry), 1.5 cup
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 6 tbsp
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla, 5 oz
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 3 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
    coconut oil, 3 tbsp, melted

Tips

It's a dry treat, eat with milk or some fruit.


Directions

Mix all dry ingredients then mix wet. Preheat oven to 350. Spoon mixture to make a 3" diameter. Bake on a greased cookie sheet for 10 minutes. Should look like a little mound and slightly firm to the touch.

Serving Size: makes 26 large puffs
