Creamy Vegetable & Sausage Soup

Submitted by: BLKRAME

Introduction

Got this recipe from my Mom....it's so good and a wonderful comfort food. She makes it in a crock pot to have it ready for the evening, I did mine in a dutch oven and it turned out wonderfully. You just have to make sure to give the carrots and potatoes plenty of boiling time. Got this recipe from my Mom....it's so good and a wonderful comfort food. Directions

Chop all veggies, combine that with water and boullion cubes and boil for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, brown the sausage in a separate pan. When meat is thoroughly cooked, add to the boiling vegetables. Once your veggies are to the desired texture, add the milk, cream of chicken soup, and cream cheese and keep stirring until blended. Careful as milk products scorch if they are not watched!
