Got this recipe from my Mom....it's so good and a wonderful comfort food. She makes it in a crock pot to have it ready for the evening, I did mine in a dutch oven and it turned out wonderfully. Ingredients

Jimmy Dean Sausage (cooked), 16 oz
1 onion, diced
Carrots, 1.5 cup, chopped
Celery, 1 cup, diced
Potato, 5 medium diced
Milk, skim, 1 cup
Low fat cream cheese, 8 oz.
Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
Sweet Corn, Fresh, 3 cups
5 Chicken boullion cubes
Water, 4 cups
Tips
Everything can be put into a crock pot before you leave for work on low and you'll have a wonderful tasting, creamy soup awaiting your arrival.
Directions
Chop all veggies, combine that with water and boullion cubes and boil for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, brown the sausage in a separate pan. When meat is thoroughly cooked, add to the boiling vegetables. Once your veggies are to the desired texture, add the milk, cream of chicken soup, and cream cheese and keep stirring until blended. Careful as milk products scorch if they are not watched!
