Spinach Salad Dressing

Although I have to say that if I used all of this on one bag of spinach, I would not eat it. Therefore, I put it in a mason jar and use it 1 tablespoon at a time for my salads, and it lasts a LONG time. It's a great recipe! I add clementines and strawberries, or whatever other fruit I'm craving or have on hand and it's a great combo.

Ingredients

    Sesame Seeds, 2 tbsp
    Poppy seed, 1 tbsp
    Granulated Sugar, 1/2 cup
    Olive Oil, 1/2 cup
    Vinegar, White, 1/2 cup
    Paprika, 1/4 tsp
    Worcestershire Sauce, 1/4 tsp
    minced onion, 1 tbsp

Directions

Mix everything together, serve over spinach salad which can be topped with your choice of fruits and nuts...I prefer strawberries and clementines/tangerines and slivered almonds.

Serving Size: Makes 16 servings
