12 oz. lean ground beef
2 cans petite diced tomatoes
1.5 c. onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. cayenne pepper powder (3 chopped peppers)
0.25 c. brown sugar
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. salt
Add all ingredients to the beef, bring to a boil on medium heat. Stir occassionally.
Cover and reduce to low heat, simmer two hours, stir occassionally.
Makes 6 servings.
