Low Carb Chocolate Protein Shake

Introduction

I use the True Whey vanilla protein powder. It's great by itself, but adding a little cocoa powder makes it even better! I use the True Whey vanilla protein powder. It's great by itself, but adding a little cocoa powder makes it even better!

Ingredients

    1 scoop of True Whey Vanilla Protein Powder
    1 1/2 packets of Truvia
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1/2 cup water
    2 Tblsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Tips

Net Carbs comes to 6.7 per serving. I like to drink half after my aerobic walking one day and half the next day after working out with weights.


Directions

In a blender pulse all the ingredients and enjoy!
