Vegan Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

    Cashew Nuts, Raw, 2 cup
    Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula, 4 Tbsp
    Water 1 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Lemon Juice, .25 cup

Directions

Soak cashews in water overnight. Container should be twice the volume of the cashews - cover cashews with enough water to fill the container. Drain water from cashews and place in a blender and add nutritional yeast, 1 cup pure water, salt, and lemon juice.
Blend until silky.
Serve
