2 heaping Tablespoons of ground flax seeds or flax meal
Pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 Tablespoon of olive oil
Seasonings or herbs of your choice
Cook 2 minutes on high. Flip it out of the bowl immediately. Let cool. Can be sliced in half horizontally to use as a sandwich bun.
