Duke's Kedgeree

Ingredients

    Hard Boiled Egg, 2 large
    Atlantic Salmon (fish), 400 grams
    Peas, frozen, 100 grams
    White Rice, long grain, 175 grams
    Butter, unsalted, 25 grams
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp

Directions

- Put fish in a frying pan cover with boiling water and simmer for 10mins, drain, skin & flake, keep warm.
- Meanwhile cook the rice according to packet instructions then simmer for 5 Mins.
- Add peas & simmer until all water is absorbed.
- Stir in the fish, paprika, garlic powder & butter.
- Serve with a two quarter-eggs placed on top.
