Leftover Ham and Broccoli Bake



Introduction

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 can low sodium cream of mushroom soup
    1 can 98% fat free cream of broccoli soup
    8 oz wheat pasta shells
    1 cup diced ham
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar
    1/2 package steamed broccoli

Directions

Boil pasta for 5 min, not quite to al dente

mix soups and pasta together, put into bottom of 9x9 casserole dish

top with ham, broccoli, and cheese

bake at 350 for about 15 min until cheese is bubbly and melted.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1.5c servings

  • I doubled this recipe for my hungry crew. My boyfriend ate 3 servings. I thought it was good but the soup made it a little thick tasting to me. Next time I think I will half the amount of soup and thin it with some broth, but I will make this again. - 11/28/12
