Oatmeal Breakfast Bar

Ingredients

    3 mashed Banana
    2 c Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain
    1/4 c Applesauce
    1/4 c Milk, 1%
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1 tsp Granulated Sugar




Tips

Next time I would add in additional fruit, nuts or flavorings. The bars are a little bland as is.


Directions

Mix all ingredients well, let sit for 5 minutes so the oats can absorb liquid. Pour in 9X9 pan and bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes.

Cool and cut into 9 squares
