Honey Brushed Spicy Chicken

Ingredients

    2 teaspoons garlic powder
    2 teaspoons chili powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
    3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    Cooking spray
    6 tablespoons honey
    2 tsp vinegar
    2 tbspn applesauce
    1/2 cup pineapple chopped small

Directions

Combine all spices in a bowl. Mix well, then add chicken breast to the bowl one at a tie and coat evenly with the spice mixture. Spray pan with cooking spray and place chicken on pan. Cook at 350 for about 10 minutes. While the chicken is cooking, mix the honey and cider vinegar. After chicken has cooked for 10 minutes, brush the mixture on the chicken and continue cooking for another 10 minutes or until cooked through.
