Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground turkey
    3/4 c. rolled oats
    1/2 onion diced
    4 tbsp milled flax seed
    1 egg, beaten
    Basil (dried or fresh)
    Thyme (dried or fresh)
    Cumin (1/2 to 1 tsp)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a bowl thoroughly. I use my hands. Always good to get up, close and personal with your food. Put in a meatloap pan. Bake for one hour
