2 Sweet Potatoes, peeled and diced
3 tbsp of smart balance, buttery light spread
1/2 c. Silk almond milk, unsweetened
1/4 C. Sugar Free Log Cabin Maple Syrup
Drain water off. Add ingredients. Mash thoroughly. To make this even healthier you could add milled flax seed but will need to add the calories accordingly.
