Introduction

vegan corn stew vegan corn stew

Ingredients

    2 cups of soymilk
    2 cups of water
    1 tbsp. flour
    1 medium potato diced
    1 carrot diced
    1 large onion diced
    vegetable bullion cube
    1 tsp. butter buds
    10oz frozen corn kernels
    dill, rosemary and bay leaves to taste

Directions

heat water and soymilk together on low flame. mix in the flour and seasonings. add the potato, carrot and onion and simmer for 5 minutes. add the corn and bring to a boil.
