Introduction

Delicious and easy corn pudding recipe from my mother. Delicious and easy corn pudding recipe from my mother.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can cream style corn
    1 can whole kernal corn drained
    1/2 cup low fat butter (I use brummel & brown)
    1 cup low fat sour cream
    1 box of Jiffy corn muffin mix

Tips

Use fat free sour cream for less calories


Directions

Combine in a mixing bowl all the indredients until nicely blended. Bake for 45 minutes on 350 until the dish rises and does not feel liquid to poke.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
