1 tsp. sesame oil
1 clove gsrlic
1/4 cup onion, sliced (25 grams)
1/3 cup celery, sliced diagonal (60 grams)
1/2 cup sweet bell pepper, sliced into strips (65 grams)
2 Tbsp, jalapeno sliced
1 cup broccoli, cut up
1/2 cup pineapple, sliced
1 cup snow peas, (100 grams)
2 cups bok choy,sliced
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp.brown sugar
2 drops chili oil
1/4 tsp. pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. djon mustard
In a skillet heat sesame oil with garlic, cook for about 30 seconds, add onions. Cook for about 1 minute.
Add celery and cook for about 2 minutes.
Add bell pepper and jalapeno and cook for about 2 minutes.
Add broccoli, pineapple, snow peas and cook for about 2 minutes more.
Add bok choy and sauce. Cook until bok choy has wilted and all the ingredients are covered with the sauce.
Serve over rice.
