Turkey Taco Soup

Ingredients

    1 pound ground turkey
    1 can of corn
    2 cans of Black Beans
    1 can of Diced Tomato
    1 can of Rotel Tomatos
    1 package Taco Seasoning
    1package of Ranch Dressing



Directions

Brown ground trkey. Put in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and heat.

    I made this in the afternoon before going to work and when I got home that night it was SO good. I put a small sprinkle of broken tortilla chips and grated cheddar on top just to finish it off. Yummo! - 1/7/09

  • This is a recipe given to WW members. I use Pinto Beans instead of Black. But the soup is awesome! If possible, use the seasonings that have reduced sodium. - 1/18/10

  • I love this recipe. I exchanged the black beans for kidney beans and added about a cup or 2 of water to make it more soupy. Also, instead of diced tomatoes (i ran out), i used another can of rotel--the habanero kind...DELICIOUS! - 9/24/08
