Pomegranate Chipotle Shrimp

Ingredients

    1 onion chopped
    1 cup sliced mushrooms or 2, 4 oz. cans
    2 cloves garlic or 1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    1 bag peeled deveined shrimp-1 lb. bag
    1/2 cup Tastefully Simple Pomegranate Chipotle sauce
    1/4 cup dry white wine
    4 servings instant brown rice

Directions

Saute the first 3 ingredients in the olive oil until the onion is tender. Add the shrimp and saute for about 5 minutes. Mix in the Pomegranate Chipotle sauce and white wine and heat through. Serve over 2/3 cup brown rice.
Makes 4 servings.
