HCG - Marinara sauce

Introduction

Ingredients

    4 large Tomatoes
    1 cup Vegetable broth
    6 ounces Tomato paste
    1 tablespoon basil, fresh rolled and chopped (to taste)
    2 tablespoons minced onion
    2 cloves of garlic crushed and minced
    1 tsp dried oregano
    Pinch of marjoram
    Dash of Salt (to taste)

Tips

Black Pepper to Taste


Directions

SautÚ onions and garlic in a sauce pan with little broth until onions are clear and tender.

Chop tomatoes and puree in blender with remaining broth and tomato paste. Add mixture and spices to saucepan and cook on low for at least 30 minutes.

Add additional water or broth to achieve desired consistency.
