Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo

Introduction

Another great low calorie alfredo sauce! Another great low calorie alfredo sauce!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb pasta cooked & drained
    1 1/2 lbs chicken chopped into bite sized pieces
    3 cups broccoli chopped
    1/2 cup light Italian dressing
    1/2 cup 1/3 less fat Parmesan cheese
    2 cups skim milk
    8 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
    1 1/2 cups canned Mushrooms
    1 tsp basil
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1/8 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder

Directions

~Cook pasta according to directions, adding broccoli for the last 2-3 minutes, drain and place back into pan.
~Pour dressing and chicken into large skillet on med/high heat. Cook for 5-10 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
~Stir in milk, cream cheese, parmesan cheese and spices. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until it is well blended and thickens.
~Toss well with noodles and enjoy!
*Makes about 6 two cup servings.
