Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

    1 can, drained, Quartered artichoke hearts in water - chopped
    2 8oz. packages cream cheese (regular for this recipe) - room temperature
    1 cube butter - room temperature
    3/4 cup parmesan cheese seperated 1/2c, 1/4 c

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Chop artichokes to small pieces.

In a small glass cake pan, or 2 qt. pyrex bake dish,combine with room temperature butter, cream cheese and 1/2 c. parmesan cheese. Smooth out and sprinkle remaining 1/4 c. parmesan cheese over top.



Bake for 20 minutes. When bubbling, broil for 3-5 minutes to make top golden brown.

Serve with THIN CRISP regular triscuits

Serving Size: 1/4 cup servings approximately - 12 people
