Ingredients

8 Tortillas, 1 can Whole Olives, 1 3/4 cups Cheese, Ground Beef
For the sauce;
1 Cup Flour, 3T. Chili Powder, 1 T. Garlic Powder,
1 T. Onion Powder, 1 T. Cumin
Tips
Directions
Mix flour, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder and cumin in a heavy pot with juice from olive can. Stir into thick paste and slowly add water to a thin concistancy. Bring to a boil for about 10 - 15 min.
Brown Ground beef. When almost cooked through add 1/2 of the olives (slice) and enough of the sauce to make beef a little soupy. Simmer about 10 minutes.
Cover bottom of cake pan thinly with sauce, top with 2 tortillas so the bottom of the pan is covered. Layer beef and part of the cheese, top with two more tortillas, cover with remaining sauce cheese and olives. Bake @ 350 for about 30 minutes or untill cheese is slightly browned and bubly.
