Submitted by: PEBBLES8888Number of Servings: 10
Ingredients
-
2 pounds ground beef
1 tsp. no-salt steak seasoning
2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoon unsalted butter
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 clove garlic
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
3 large eggs
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon brown mustard
parchment paper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Crumble hamburger into large bowl. Add steak seasoning, 2 T Worcestershire sauce; combine and set aside. Melt butter in skillet and saute onion, celery, and garlic until just tender and add to hamburger mixture; stir to combine. Add bread crumbs, eggs, and parmesan cheese and combine. Line 9x13 pan with parchment paper. Form hamburger into a loaf in pan (no edges should touch the edges of the pan). In a small bowl, combine ketchup, 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce and brown mustard. Spread mixture over meatloaf, covering all. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Let stand 7-10 minutes before slicing. Makes 10 servings. My husband and four boys love this dish--Enjoy!
