1 egg, separated
Pinch of cream of tartar
1oz (28g) cream cheese
Whisk egg white with cream if tartar until STIFF.
Mix and whisk egg yolk and cream cheese.
Make 2 heaps on greased foiled tray. Cook at Gas Mark 2 for about 20 mins. Turn over if you want both sides a bit browner.
Let cool on the side or in the fridge for 5-10 minutes to stiffen. Serve as required.
