recipe is based on 4 os chops. I used boneless loin chops. covered them with sliced onion before putting the sause on them. I also added a clove of garlic and pinch of cayenne to the sause for a sweet and spicy bite. - 3/8/09

Great recipe...easy to make, normal ingredients, no mess. I served it with steamed broccoli and basmati rice. I based the calories on 100gm boneless chop. - 1/22/09

The recipe was quick and easy and I could do it while working on school work. My super pick step-son, who really hates pork chops, loved this. For me that's worth five stars. - 1/23/09

  • This was simple enough to let my little people (2 & 5) help me prepare it. They felt like little chefs getting out the soy sauce, ketchup, & honey and stirring! I added onion & garlic powder too for added kick bc we love flavor at my house! We will definitely use this recipe again-yummy & easy! - 2/20/13

  • The simplicity of this recipe made me wonder just how good it could really be. But simple is what I was looking for at the time...and "Yummy" is a very good description of how these turned out! The house smelled good and we will be making these again!!!! - 8/5/12

  • For me, this was a five star. I did not grow up eating pork. Mom would sometimes bread and fry chops then smother them in soup and bakes them. I occasionally did the same. This was so easy to prepare, healthful, and extremely tasteful. Definitely a repeat here. - 6/2/12

  • Delicious! I did add a pinch of cayenne for a little kick. Think I would cut down on the baking time, the chops seemed a little dry. Although it could have been that my loin chops had pretty much no fat at all. - 3/25/12
