Thankyou, this was really good. My BF really enjoyed it as well. I used fresh mushrooms and added a little bit of minced onion. I aso had to ue Mozzarella as that was all I had. It would have been even better with the swiss. Will make again soon. - 10/29/08

Quick, easy, and tasty. Next time, would add some sauteed onions and mix the cheese in instead of sprinkling on top. - 3/27/08

I made this Sunday and it was FANTASTIC and easy to make. I added chopped green onions and a couple dashes of Tobasco Hot Sauce to enhance the flavor. Had leftovers this morning - a great breakfast for a Monday morning! Sometimes substitute fresh spinach. - 3/17/08

I used egg whites instead of substitutes. Chopped broccoli and low fat cheddar mixed in. No mushrooms but it was very good. Next time chopped red pepper and chopped onions and black pepper for more flavour. - 9/5/12

  • This sounds wonderful in theory, but not practical as 1 packet or 200mls (which is not even a cup) of egg replacer is equivalent to 66 eggs! Also what is half and half please? Never heard of that.
