Breakfast Smoothie

Introduction

A tasty, healthy way to start the day! This is a super easy smoothie to make, and you can vary it however you like. A tasty, healthy way to start the day! This is a super easy smoothie to make, and you can vary it however you like.

Ingredients

    1 large banana, sliced
    6 large strawberries, halved
    1 cup of orange or pineapple juice
    4oz of yogurt

Tips

You can vary this recipe, by using lite yogurt, or reduced calorie juice. Get creative, by adding more fruit. However, if you put more fruit in, don't forget to add a little more juice!


Directions

Take a large banana, quarter it, and put into a blender. Add 6 large strawberries cut in half. Then add 4 oz of yogurt (I use Danon creamy). Lastly, take a cup of OJ, or whatever kind of juice you like, and add it to the mix. BLEND!

Serving Size: Makes 8-10 oz.
