Bridget's Daily Vitamin Routine (Replaces Energy Drinks)

Submitted by: BLHINCHMAN

Introduction

This replaces the Vitamin "boost" powders that are in lieu of energy drinks. I cannot drink those powders, so I take the pills plus a few extra. All items are in pill form and bought at the local Sam's club. This replaces the Vitamin "boost" powders that are in lieu of energy drinks. Directions

The purpose of this is to provide day long energy boosts without having to rely on energy drinks or coffee.

Modify it as you see fit.

One a Day is a comprehensive multivitamin and mineral supplement. The women's one is designed to support a woman's most important health concerns, including: strong bones, energy metabolism, heart health, breast health, and more.

Vitamin C is an antioxidant that helps support the immune system and is important during times of seasonal change. It helps produce collagen critical for healthy joints and supports cardiovascular function.

Rose Hips are a natural source of Vitamin C.

B Complex is essential for the maintenance of a healthy nervous system and energy metabolism.

Calcium is the primary mineral responsible for strong bones and Vitamin D assists in the absorption of Calcium. It may reduce the risk of Osteoporosis.

Fish Oil has Omega-3 fatty acids, which support many vital functions in the body. It helps body cells and maintains circulation, joint function, skin, immunity and triglyceride levels already within normal range. It helps support brain function and healthy vision.

Iron. Slow release Iron tables are specially made to deliver high potency iron in a sustained and time released format over 4 to 6 hours. It is needed for many things in our bodies. Iron is a part of many enzymes and is used in many cell functions. Enzymes help our bodies digest foods and also help with many other important reactions that occur within our bodies. When our bodies don't have enough iron, many parts of our bodies are affected.

Mega T Green Tea. It is a natural dietary supplement that helps curb your appetite.
