Ingredients

    Coconut Oil, 0.50 1tsp (remove)
    Maple Syrup, 0.60 cup (remove)
    Arrowhead Mills Whole Grain Millet Flour, 0.75 cup (remove)
    Candied Peel, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Healthful Harvest Milled Flax Seeds, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Mom's Best Natural Quick Oats, oatmeal, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Pinto Beans, Organic, Aunt Penny's canned, 5.28 oz (remove)
    365 Brand Organic Almond Milk, Unsweetened, Calcium & Vitamin Enriched, 1 cup (remove)
    Chickpea Flour bulk WF, 0.50 cup (remove)
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    ╝ teaspoon salt

Directions

Mix wet ingredients in small bowl. Mix dry ingredients in larger bowl, add wet ingredients to dry. Let batter sit for 5-10 mins to thicken a little. Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full. Bake for 20-25 mins at 325.
