1 C rolled oats
1 C quick oats
1/2 C sugar free maple syrup
1/2 C honey
1/2 C dried cranberries
1/2 C slivered almonds
1/2 C Muscle Milk 100% whey protein - vanilla
Mix all ingredients until thoroughly moistened.
Turn out into a greased 8 x 8 baking dish.
Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes
Allow to cool.
Cut into 12 bars.
