IntroductionI made this to go with my homemade ice cream. I made this to go with my homemade ice cream.
1 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 dash salt
1 1/2 cups water
1 t. vanilla extract
Boil 2-5 minutes, stirring rapidly, until sauce begins to thicken.
This must be stored in the refrigerator.
Serving Size: yields 2 cups, or 32 servings
