Ingredients

    3/4 cup peanut butter
    4 1/2 C flax seed ground/meal
    1/4C cocoa
    1/3 c oat bran (ground)
    2 1/2T cinnamon
    1/2teas. cloves,ground
    1 1/2 cups maple syrup

Tips

made in food processor, had to remove some as it thickened to make room or knead by hand. It is worth it!
