Ingredients

Green Leaf Lettuce, 2 cup (can use a little less if the first time you try it )
Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
Orange Juice, .75 cup - can use water
Berrie mix, frozen, 1 cup
Yogurt, plain, low fat, .75 cup (8 fl oz)
Tips
to add creaminess you can add frozen bananas.
Directions
put water or juice in blender. add any frozen ingredients. blend them. then add the rest. Serve.
