Introduction

Refreshing summertime salad. Serve on a bed of lettuce and add some sliced tomato on the side. Vanilla frozen yogurt topped with some natural peanut butter ends the meal perfectly! Ingredients

    1 T olive oil
    2 T red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp tarragon
    1 T fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp sugar, ground mustard and thyme
    1/4 tsp oregano & garlic salt

    2 Cups frozen broccoli cuts, cooked and cooled
    1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can tuna
    1/4 cup shredded carrot

Directions

Mix first 6 ingredients together in a jar and shake well.

Combine salad ingredients and toss with dressing. Chill until ready to eat.
