Introduction

Ingredients

    kale
    canellini
    rosemary
    garlic
    olive oil

Directions

Wash the kale thoroughly and remove stems and extra large veins. Chop or slice into ribbons. Boil or steam in small amount of salted water until bright green and nearly tender, about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, saute onions and garlic in small amount of olive oil. Add rosemary and red pepper flakes. Deglaze the pan with white wine and small amount of kale water. Add drained and rinsed beans. Let simmer for a few minutes until thickened. Serve hot with a small sprinkle of parmesan cheese -- or leave off if you are a vegan.
