Introduction

I created this recipe so my athletic teenage son could have something to eat with his daily gallon of milk. I created this recipe so my athletic teenage son could have something to eat with his daily gallon of milk.

Ingredients

    oats, whole wheat flour, wheat germ, flax seed, baking soda, vanilla, peanut butter, honey, brown sugar splenda, banana, unsweetened applesauce, egg and chocolate chips.

Tips

you can personalize it with added different dried fruit. I added chocolate chips.


Directions

mix dry ingredients. in separate bowl, combine wet ingredients. mix with dry ingredients, stir in chocolate chips.
