Crock Pot Vegetable soup

Ingredients

    1.5 cups V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium
    1 can Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    1 cup fresh, rinsed Green Beans
    can of lima beans & red kidney beans, drained & rinsed
    Zuccini - medium cut into 1 inch pieces
    Cabbage, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 cloves (crushed or pressed)
    1 tsp dry italian seasoning
    Bay Leaf, 1 whole
    1 cup small Pasta (dry, high fiber)

Directions

Combine all ingredients except past in a slow cooker. Cook 6 to 8 hours on high, add pasta about 1 hour before you serve.

Serving Size: makes about 10 1.5 cup servings
