Ingredients

1 bulb fennel, cut into 1" pieces
2 medium firm apples, cut into 1" pieces
1/8 c low-sodium vegetable broth
1 tsp honey
1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce or Bragg Liquid Aminos*
pepper to taste
*Kikkoman's Low-Sodium Soy Sauce in calculating the nutritional values for this recipe
Tips
Try adding in other root vegetables, raisins, and/or sunflower seeds for different flavor and nutritional profiles.
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Toss all ingredients in big bowl and mix thoroughly. Spread on an ungreased baking sheet.
3. Roast 20 minutes, turn over, and continue roasting about 15-20 minutes longer or until golden and cooked through.
