Sauce, 1/2 cup pizza sauce 4 oz. chopped deli ham 1/2 cup chopped pineapple tidbits 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
I put for calories 1.25 cups cauliflower. Because when you grate it down you get more than the opion they gave me to calculate (1 inch pieces). But make sure you use only 1 Cup of the cooked grated mixture.

in food processer pulse until all ground up you can grate this also or cook in microwave without water and no cover for 8 minutes. Measure out 1 cup of cooked cauliflower and put the rest away for a later use. Will keep in the refrigerator for a week. Add 1 cup of cheese, to 1 cup of the cauliflower, add egg whites and spices. Mix together and spray a pizza pan with olive oil then spread out to a 9 inch circle and even out. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove and add sauce and toppings of your choice. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/3 cup cheese. Make sure to cook your toppings such as meat the last step after all toppings are on broil for 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted. Enjoy
