10 ounces chicken breast
0.5 cup salsa
cilantro, 1 tbsp
cumin seed, 1 tsp
garlic, 1 tsp
0.5 can restricted sodium cream of mushroom soup
0.25 cup reduced fat sour cream
Sprinkle seasonings over chicken.
Pour salsa and soup over chicken.
Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
